I’m Dr. Natalie Greenberg. My approach to medicine was shaped not only by my years of clinical training, but also by my own healing journey. I’ve personally experienced what it feels like to want a provider who truly listens, who looks at the whole picture, and who helps you reconnect with your body’s innate ability to heal. That experience is what drives my work every single day.
I currently practice at Alchemē Health, with locations in both Del Mar and La Jolla, where my focus is on personalized, holistic care. I take the time to understand each patient’s unique story, physiology, and goals because true wellness can never come from a one-size-fits-all approach.
After an initial in-person consultation to establish a strong foundation of care, I offer flexible follow-up options including Zoom and phone appointments to meet you wherever you are in your wellness journey.
